Plant Breeder’s Rights (PBR) Varieties have seed licenses from companies and associations other than Bean Growers Australia. Please review the terms of the following licenses:

Agriventis - Mungbean varieties; Taipan, Green Devil.
Australian Mungbean Association - Mungbean varieties; Jade Au, Brolga, Kookaburra, Crystal Au, Celera II, Satin II, Opal Au, Onyx.
PB Seeds - Chickpea varieties; Magnus.
SeedNet-Soy varieties; Hayman, Richmond, Burrinjuck.
Soy Australia Grower Seed Licence- Soy varieties; New Bunya, Mossman, Kuranda, Gwydir, NoLox1219.

Seed Use Terms and Conditions

Quality is paramount to our business. Our seed has been processed to BRC standards with germination and vigor testing done before sale to ensure the seed complies with minimum industry seed quality standards. Testing is done at NATA-approved laboratories to ISTA standards. Quality certificates are issued for each seed line. Results for each line are no older than 6 months. Through this knowledge, we are confident that our seed will meet your expectations

In the event of the seed not meeting your expectations, then you must contact BGA Grower Services within 14 days of planting, and a BGA representative will inspect the crop and verify your claim. Your full cooperation in investigating the claim is required, which will require recent paddock history and weather conditions.

If for some reason you are dissatisfied with the quality or germination of our seed, you must contact BGA immediately about your concerns or within 14 days from planting on the seed being consigned within the preceding 14 days, for BGA to assess your claim.

By planting our seed you agree with the BGA seed planting terms and conditions.

1.      Claims will only be recognized within 14 days of planting and within 28 days from purchase.

2.      Claims will be limited to the cost of the seed.

3.      All seed must be stored in a cool dry condition prior to use.
