- culinary markets – domestic & export
- similar to a standard Desi chickpea agronomically but more susceptibe to lodging and waterlogging
- planting window is typically mid May to mid June
- 100 – 125 kg/ha depending on seed size etc
- Most suited to Tropic of Capricorn ie Central Qld (Emerald/Central Highlands)
- Need contract to grow as they are a speciality seed
